Since all of our pieces are handmade to order, we cannot accept returns. We strive for top customer service and our priority is that you absolutely love your jewelry. Please do not hesitate to contact us at info@helenarosejewelry.com should you have any inquiries or would like additional photos or information about a particular piece prior to purchasing. 

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please email info@helenarosejewelry.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
