ORDERING POLICY

All 14k gold pieces are made to order and may take 4 to 6 weeks to be prepared for shipment. We strive to fulfill your order as quickly as possible. However, due to the handmade nature of our products we ask that all customers be aware of this production window. If your item is ready before the allotted window, it will ship as soon as it is complete. You will be notified by email as soon as your order ships. 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 

Since all of our pieces are handmade to order, we cannot accept returns. We strive for top customer service and our priority is that you absolutely love your jewelry. Please do not hesitate to contact us at info@helenarosejewelry.com should you have any inquiries or would like additional photos or information about a particular piece prior to purchasing. 

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please email info@helenarosejewelry.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. 

SALES TAX

Sales tax is applicable on all orders shipped within California. Orders shipped outside of California are not liable for sales tax.
